Ingrid is the CEO and President of Ulead International, a Global Trade Promotion and Investment Attraction Agency bridging Latin America and the Middle East. With over 15 years of experience as an internationalist and corporate diplomat, she has spearheaded economic development, cultural, and social impact projects across America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

Ingrid is deeply committed to sustainable development through her work with the Mexican Corporate Bank of Counselors, the Women’s President Organization (WPO), and as President of The Organization of Women in International Trade (OWIT). She also leads The Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) as its Executive Director. Appointed as the Official Representative and National Coordinator for WTO-ITC SheTrades in Mexico, UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, she fosters inclusive growth through international trade. Also runs the official representative Office for Jafza-DPW to Mexico.

She holds an Executive Diploma from Harvard Business School, an Executive MBA in Global Competitiveness and Leadership from Georgetown University, and a BA in International Relations and Diplomacy from ITESM CEM, Mexico’s most prestigious university. Recognized by the U.S. Department of State as a Young Leader of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) and honoured as a Global Woman Leader by the Global Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Ingrid also holds the position of UAE Country Chair under All Ladies League. In 2024, Forbes named her one of the most inspiring Mexican women.
